this book was amazing, it actually gave me a sort of gateway when i needed it. i actually went through my own phase of self-mutilation and this book helped me realize so many things about my disorder. It helped me to open my eyes to see how what i was doing was not only effecting me, but the people around me as well. thank you so much for this book. i loved it and i now i want to tell my story.
