"the seventeen traditions" by ralph nader is a special book. I had a hard time putting it down. mr nader has 17 very special traditons that he grew up with and he explains in this little book why they are important. my favorite tradition that he menchioned was the one on patriotism! ralph nader was asked as a young person do you love your country and his reply was yes and the person that asked him this questian said to him thean show it in deeds and not in words. that person that said that to him was his mother. that really spoke to me cause so many people say they love there country but they dont want to get out and vote they dont want to get involved in there community or help anyone and whean something goes wrong they are the ones who complain the loudest. this book and mr nader I think will make a big difference in 2008.
this book would make a great gift idea for a friend or family member cause alot of the traditions in this little book are ones that we often take for granted but should never forget about.
