This book is a MUST for all new parents - it helps moms and dads alike get their new little one's internal body clock set to the right times! This book offers many suggestions for how to do this...I guess you would call it a book that falls in the camp of Scheduling Your Baby...However, like everything else - you read it and take what you want from it and go from there. Use your discretion with what will work best for you and your family. Some people find this to be a horrific idea - that you would "schedule" your baby - but the alternative is a chaotic lifestyle for babies and their families. It is far less rigid and rigorous than the protestors of this idea believe it to be.
I used this book and had a baby sleeping through the night (8 hours) by 10 weeks...not to mention, she is totally a flexible sleeper, eater and "player". I would highly reccomend this book for new parents.
