I heard about "Slave to Sensation" via a review on Blogger and decided to pick it up. Wow, am I glad I did! If you enjoy psy-fi (a pun on the book's content, btw), if you like futuristic/paranormal stories, and if you adore a hot meant-for-each-other love story, then this book just might be for you. The heroine, Sascha, is Psy, part of the dominant group of society who aren't supposed to feel any emotions. Sascha, however, has been feeling emotions since early childhood and has learned how to hide this potentially life-threatening flaw very well. She meets Lucas, the Alpha of the leopard/changling Dark River pack and he is immediately drawn to her. Although he has his own motivations for meeting her, he can sense immediately that she's not the average Psy. If you enjoying interesting and well-written fiction, check out "Slave to Sensation." If you enjoy it, you might also check out "Visions of Heat," the next book in the series.
