"Dancing with Life" is a profoundly excellent book so well worth the time , attention and curiosity one deserves to bring to it. It's just full of powerful practical tools and insights on how to skillfully navigate the fullness of one's life, here and now, this whole big beautiful impossible bewildering wonderful mess----from a spiritual and common sense perspective. Even tho this book concerns suffering---it's really ultimately about how to get unstuck and authentically connect with joy. It's helped me much to unhook from unhealthy patterns and feel my path more clearly. This is not a shallow sugar coated rah rah book that ultimately wears thin. Author Phillip Moffitt has really dug deep with a light but sure touch. If that's where you want to go, I recommend "Dancing With Life".
