Ken Follett sweeps you away into the time of the old English township of Knightsbridge and throws you into the lives there. Follett spins a tale of people and events that keep the pages turning. At just over 1000 pages the reader gets a great value in great story telling.
Gather your favorite snack, beverage, and a reading light because you won't put this down. Bridge design, architecture, the church, battle skills of opposing armies of knights, social challenges during a plague, possible murder and thievery, Ken Follett pack it all in this great tale.
