The rich format of color photographs and illustrations makes the book especially appealing. The content is equally engaging with a blend of practical information on green building principles, essays on the more philosophical aspects of living green, and real life "case studies" documenting how people have greened their own homes. The writing is excellent and reflects the same helpful, thoughtful, friendly tone as the lay out. We will be recommending this book to all of our clients embarking on home remodels as it outlines the framework one needs for making environmentally sound and life enhancing changes to your home.
