I enjoyed this book, read it in one evening. The character developement was good, father is very unlikeable, i enjoyed grandma emma, and the softening that occurs in her towards the end of the story. Interested in seeing if mother wakes up, and in finding out who Aunt frances is.I really liked Ian, and hope he makes a second appearance in Scattered Leaves. I do have a worry, in reading the prologue for the new book, it seems 4 years have been lost. They explain that Jordan has begun puberty at the age of 11, the whole premise of Broken Flower is that puberty began at 7. I hope someone catches this error, a girl starting puberty at 11 is rather commonplace.
