A movie first and then turned into a book, "The Secret" is about getting what you want by knowing what you want and keeping it at the forefront of your thoughts. It gets this concept across really well and is a quite entertaining book. I like that it gets people thinking positively about things and concentrating on what they really want- I mean you can't get what you want until you know what you want. Of course common sense tells me that one has to "do" too to get what they want in addition to thinking positively. Other self-help books I liked include "The Sixty-Second Motivator".
