I loved this book! I had to read it as an English assignment and I finished it in less than a week. It starts slow but it is fascinating to watch his constant struggle to suppress his natural human emotions as they try to show themselves in him, and it is just as interesting to see the development of his justifications for his actions. It's definately worth reading. My only issue with it was that the margins were too small to annotate in, but that's the publisher's fault, not Dostoevsky's.
