Kid Beowulf Review

Kid Beowulf is an awesome book. It gives you a fun plot involving monsters, princes, and kingdoms. I loved how the book tied humans and monsters into one family and equalized them. Like the monster had to suffer because it was a monster but for comfort it got its mother. Beowulf was human and so he did not have to suffer, but he did not have his mother around. The book is also filled with great humor. The relationship between Grendel and Gertrude was hilarious, the same as the relationship between Gertrude and the dragon was. However, I would have to say that my favorite character was Hama the pink pig. I am absolutely going to recommend this book to my friends! The art was fantastic.
