Twenty Wishes (Blossom Street Books) by Debbie Macomber
Twenty Wishes (Blossom Street Books)

I read this book this past winter and it was so inspiring. Anne Marie Roche has a life that many 38 year olds can relate to. It is average and she wants something more in it. The other widows in the story have some adventurous stories as well to tell. There is a hook in this story making your hands demand to pick up the book time again until it is read. We all have a character to relate to in this lively novel.

The Stone Prince by Gena Showalter
The Stone Prince

This book has all the facets that make a girl fall in love with a story. It is funny and sad. The characters make you cheer for the couple as you find that the more they learn about each other the more they yearn to be with one another. Problem? Yes, absolutely. One is an alien and one is a human. But wow, what a hunk of alien! If you want a laugh-out-loud, could it happen to me novel read Gena Showalter's The Stone Prince.
