If you've ever wondered how to conjure your inner hostess by making a self esteem collage, who not to invite to your party, or just needed a definitive recipe for Frazzled Leeks in Snapping Oil, this is the ultimate holiday (and all-occasion) guide to entertaining entertainment! Sedaris is hilarious as always; this book is one party that I'm glad I was invited to.

Wade Davis is both Harvard botanist and hunky buccaneer in his classic non-fiction epic that is as creepy, romantic and adventure-filled as the next blockbuster, only infinitely more interesting because it's all true.
