I don't read many books but I saw this book on tv and in my Glamor magazine and was interested in the subject of loving your body no matter what size, so I figured I would take a chance and read it. I must say this book is the best! I never talk about books let alone write comments on books, but I recommend this book to any women or girl out there. It puts your mind into perspective about not only your own image of your self but the world around you and how peoples weight has taken over our minds and our culture. It opened my mind up to the fact that life is to short to worry so much about how your body looks, that we our selves are our worst critics, and that you shouldn't have to starve yourself of the things that make you happy. Again, I recommend this book and I know that it will make you think twice about trying to start some dumb fad diet or exercise program! Crystal Renn is an amazing person and she did a great job at telling her own life's journey! I give it 2 thumbs up for sure!
