Hatchet (87 Edition) by Gary Paulsen
Hatchet (87 Edition)

Bubba, December 15, 2013

If you like books like trying to survive in a forest, Hatchet, is a good book for you!
Brian the main character, has parents that are recently divorced. Brian’s plane crashes on his way to see his Dad for the first time in a long time. He only has a hatchet that his Mom gave him before he left. Some days are bad, some days are good, and some days are terrible. He crashed in the summer, but that means that he might not survive the winter.
Now that you know about the the story a little, now I will tell you if you will like it or not. If you like sad at some parts and happy for other parts it is good for you. If you like action it is good for you. If you like a book that you just can’t stop reading it is good for you. Now lets talk about me. I like this book because it is very descriptive and a thriller, bears, no food and scary weather. This will be a great book to read and I recommend it to you!
