A beautiful story of two unlikely friends who took care of each other when nobody else could.
My husband is a survivor of Hurricane Katrina and was there with other members of the military when the storm took out his hometown and scattered his family and friends. Our son brought this book home from school last night. We both cried when we read it to him. It's hard to believe that a children's book was so touching. Thank you!
