Another delightful chapter in the ongoing saga of Nancy Chan, call girl extraordinaire. Here Nancy goes to Provence to frolic with her favorite client, Milt. Complications soon abound, however, with the appearance of her best friend, the activist Allison. Then there's the enigmatic factotum, Duncan, and the madam, Isobel and her girls including one not quite a girl. It all comes to a head with the feast day of Mary Magdalen whose relics repose there. The dialogue is fast and funny and there's plenty of kinky sex. In this, the third novel in the series, Tracy Quan continues to mine gold.
