I have yet to read the book but am buying it based on the title alone and the recommendation from Francis Moore Lappe and the Small Planet Institute. Our business, CHIVE- Sustainable Event Design & Catering, is so much about the food yet so much more than just the food. We business partners, the women of CHIVE, think naturally 'EcoMindedly' and work hard to encourage and instill the same thought process or general consciousness in our staff and share that at events.
