"Core Performance Guide" is an outstanding comprehensive resource book for Local/State/Federal Government Facilities Engineers/Designers (Planners, Architects & Engineers) and Government Contractors. It allows all involved parties to work from the same page to create buildings that really perform and deliver the best energy efficiency and indoor environmental quality to achieve high performance buildings that would benefit not limited to the end users, communities and environment.
Utilizing the Core Performance Guidance as a comprehensive source of technical specifications would assist all involved parties to develop a better integrated requirement. It will absolutely save time and money with efficient results that are very cost effective. All involved parties become responsible steward of the taxpayers.
