As a health practitioner, this is a wonderful addition to my resources for my patients. The synthesis of information from Zen Master, Thich Nhat Hanh and Harvard Nutritionist, Dr. Lilian Cheung provides a pleasant read that is not over saturated with philosophy or facts, but rather just enough to support their ideas. I would recommend this book for anyone wanting to deepen their relationship with food and the process of eating, whether there are weight struggles or not.

This was funny from start to finish! David Sedaris never lets me down. A great read in between the stack of books required for Med School!
