Cartopia: Portland's Food Cart Revolution by Kelly Rodgers and Kelley Roy
Cartopia: Portland's Food Cart Revolution

Daniel Lerch, June 2, 2011

It's not surprising that you'll find stacks of 'Cartopia' prominently displayed at Powells, New Seasons, and elsewhere throughout Portland. It's a great and so-very-Portland book mixing city planning analysis, storytelling, and of course great photos. The new generation of food carts is sweeping urban areas across the U.S., but it took off first in Portland, and Rodgers and Roy (a planner and an entrepreneur, respectively) were there in the middle of it, chronicling the new trend in this delicious book.
