Second to the Bible, this book is the book I have lived my life by, ever since experiencing the pain of my first broken relationship. Unfortunately I misplaced my copy and haven't had it to read.
I think the title of the book is very appropriate. Codependency has a language and so does Letting Go. Codependency is the language of control and manipulation and force on others. Letting go is the setting free and holding on loosely to others. This title fits the book very well. If you have not read this book yet, no matter what your beliefs or views, it will give you real insight into how the human psyche works and how to own your own behaviors and feelings safely and successfully.
