The Not So Big Life: Making Room for What Really Matters by Sarah Susanka
The Not So Big Life: Making Room for What Really Matters

Doris , May 28, 2008

Having read her "Not So Big House" volumes, it was intriguing to see how her principles would be applied to everyday life, and how that would be conveyed. Her insights in this book are so amazingly on target (and so applicable to contemporary life). While I savor reading it in short stages - for full impact and appreciation of each section - another part of me wants to keep reading it all in one sitting. As always, her writing is accessible, interesting, and ripe with inspiration for a reader's individual creativity. The category "self-help book" seems a misnomer. If one attributes negative qualities to that category, you won't find them in this book - definitely recommend it.
