I originally bought this cookbook thinking it was a time-saver type book, but I have fallen in love with the recipes, book layout and tips despite some of the recipes taking hours to prepare. I have used this to cook for large parties as well as just my small family. The cross-referencing in the book is great, it suggests time-saving options, as well as possible complimentary dishes. I am not an expert chef by any means and this book is still impressive and approachable. I would highly recommend it.
