A very well researched sequel to Black Out. It makes the London Blitz come alive and also tackles some very big questions about sacrifice, love and life itself. I couldn't put it down.
Another great book by Madhur Jaffrey, her instructions, recipes and stories are wonderful. To be able to quickly put a delicious Indian meal on the table is a pleasure as I don't always have the time to spend hours in the kitchen. As always her recipes are solid and the results fool proof.
