Ms. Estes writes to the heart of every woman. I have bought numerous copies of this book and given them to my friends. Not to overstate, but I feel this book changed me, helped me, nearly saved me in a way. The fact that she uses parables and folk tales and myths and stories from all cultures and spanning years of human existence - is a phenomenal way to share her psychoanalytical insights. She is helping me heal my 'injured intuition' and has given me the tools to do so - all in 'Women Who Run With the Wolves.' I am so grateful I found this book. Thank you, Clarissa Pinkola Estes.

I read this book years ago - it is terrific! He actually foretold the use of the internet. He called it a 'web' as well in his book - I thought it was very good sci fy for being set only 50 years ahead. The earth has to all get along to overcome a threat from our actual planet. The planet's core - and people have to figure out how to work together and fix it. It was a good idea.
