Easy format, readable text. Great "did you know?," "by the way" and "watch out!" tips.
Also, well organized, allowing the readert to focus on an area of interest. For example, I'm not interested in Frames (Hour 14), but I do need to know how to Edit and Manage a Website (Hour 21).
