Trees of Greater Portland by Phyllis C. Reynolds and Elizabeth F. Dimon
Trees of Greater Portland

Jane Finch-Howell, April 2, 2010

One of my favorite reference books because it is enjoyable on several levels: I love it for its examples of actual, mature trees I'm interested in seeing. But the peeks into Portland's history and growth, and the suggested tree walks are delightful additions. I think anyone interested in trees, walking, or Portland history will find reasons to use and enjoy this book.
