This book has a great approach to presenting a very serious and real subject - post partum depression - and add a level of understanding and humor that is sorely lacking for new moms. Heather is brutally honest, vulnerable and shares stories we can relate to as mothers. While our experience may be unique, there exist common threads we can each identify with.
Bonus - very quick read for Moms with little time on their hands.
