The Graveyard Book by Neil Gaiman
The Graveyard Book

Jo Guthrie, December 11, 2011

Thoughtfully written, like most of Neil Gaiman's books it takes you around a left turn, through a side door and offers a perspective both skewed and beautiful. Oh sure, it's a story about a child but it's also a story that can hold a 40-something-year old's interest as well. It is a dark and sweet look at a person whose upbringing is non-traditional and who finds his way through the world...s.

A well crafted story where the traditionally scary things, are not scary and the traditionally normal things, aren't that either. I enjoyed it a great deal, I think you might as well.
