I have to nominate this for my favorite book of 2011. Rothfuss not only spins a masterful yarn incorporating all the great elements of High Fantasy, he does it in such a way that the reader is left breathless with anticipation for each new paragraph. The glory of Kvothe's tale is surpassed only by the beauty of the language which relates it to us. Rare is the story that can relate the experience of music so clearly i hear it play. This is such a story, and i urge anyone who loves fantasy or the english language to read it.
