My bad. It I'd not Drizzt that is in this series. Ivan and Pikel Bouldershoulder that is the link to Drizzt, as well as Cadderly. R.A.Salvatore has a knack for having characters going in and out of eachothers lives that span across the many book series he has written. Salvatore paints a wonderful picture of The Forgotten realms and the entwining lives of his characters.

Although this collection picks up in the middle of the lives of the characters, I found that I did not have to read other books that came before this to understand the relationship between the characters. This collection will pull you in and you can not help but fall in love with the charactersYouThs adventures that Drizzt and his comrades go on will make you laugh out loud and somtimes even cry like a baby. When the story is over and the adventures are done you will be left feeling bitter-sweet for you will be missing the friends you found among the pages. You will long to join these friends in other adventures in the other books that came chronologicaly before this collection story wise. Drizzt is by far my favorite character of forgotton realms. Cleric Quintet is a must read for anyone who loves fantasy storylines.
