It had open my eyes to science discoveries which were credited to Arabs while it was Persian & vice versa.
While I read it when I was still in college I had the opportunity to make my first voyage to marvellous Middle East and discover why in a certain time Muslim Arabs succeed and why later failed.
For those who can read French better read the French version'' Leon L’ africain'''
I read the French version when I was 20 and re-read it in English at age 30, I will make sure that my un-born son read it at age 10.

The Way he describe events is fabulous and entertaining to the point I got sweating as much as jack while trying to run between the court, the house, and the graveyard.
The final was not clear, because we couldn’t know where Craig left, was he in Cuba? Was he the same guy Jack met by the swimming pool??? It stays a mystery!!
