My husband and I read this book 5 years ago when we were almost $200,000 in debt! We devoured the book and began implementing his advice into our daily living. For the past two years we have had (besides electricity, water, phone, internet...) only our house payment and that is down to less than $60,000 (and no way is it going to take us the 23 years we have left on it to pay it off!), so his advice does work. There is only one catch...you have to be willing to do the the steps that are outlined in the book. Imagine that!
