This book spoke to ME when I needed to make some changes in my life. It is a beautiful guideline to positive thinking. I have since gone back on several occasions when I wanted to change my thinking. If you are reading or have read "The Secret", pick this book up also. You will not be disappointed.

Owning Your Own Shadow is a must read for anyone that is on the path to discovering their true self! It is a bridge to the thoughts of your subconcious that may never appear otherwise. The book provokes you to really try to understand the underbelly of your personality. It has been one of the most important books to come my way in a long time.
