Stories I Only Tell My Friends by Rob Lowe
Stories I Only Tell My Friends

Kelly Redcay, May 1, 2012

I loved hearing about Rob Lowe's childhood, and lifelong love of acting. His stories are engaging and thoughtfully told. I too hope for a "Part Two" and love him on Parks and Rec. He seems to have become such a level headed and like able man. I wish him all the best!

Drop Dead Healthy: One Man's Humble Quest for Bodily Perfection by A. J. Jacobs
Drop Dead Healthy: One Man's Humble Quest for Bodily Perfection

Kelly Redcay, May 1, 2012

This book is filled with interesting facts about working out (the body and the brain), interwoven into one man's journey to be fit. He imployed some crazy tactics, like a treadmill desk, but the book is fun to read and relatable as well. I've read so many "serious" books about fitness, yet I'm learning about things I had never heard of in this book!

Then Again by Diane Keaton
Then Again

Really interesting that she has interwoven her mother's story, quirkiness and all, along with her own. Diane Keaton seems to be blossoming in her life, and this book is a celebration of that!
