Of the Black Dagger Brotherhood series, this by far is my favorite so far. While all have been good reads, this one kept me interested from beginning to end. I am looking forward to the next three books though, so that may change!
Marissa's character completely redeemed herself in my eyes from the first we met her in Dark Lover. But finding out more of her story made her my favorite heroine of all the other stories.
Butch as the lead character was intriguing and wonderful. I loved him and his commitment not only to Marissa but to Vishous as well.
I love this series. They're extraordinarily exciting in many ways. I literally pick each one up and have it read in 24 hours or less.
