Is Everyone Hanging Out Without Me? (and Other Concerns)

Kim Freimoeller, May 16, 2013

Mindy Kaling's book, "Is Everyone Hanging Out Without Me?" is funny, interesting and insightful. As Mindy recounts her successes and, more hilariously, her failures, she does so with ease and humor. It's genuinely hard to resist laughing aloud as she tells of her love of food, her endless struggles with various jobs and the hard work that got her to where she is today. She is an inspiration to young women everywhere, and her dazzling wit is sure to entertain any reader!

Kobo Mini eReader

Kim Freimoeller, April 22, 2013

I have had my kobo mini since just before Christmas. It fits perfectly in my purse and makes reading during down time at work so much easier. It is now mid April, and I am charging it for the first time. I read fairly often...So the battery is quite impressive!

Kobo Mini eReader by Kobo
Kobo Mini eReader

Kim Freimoeller, December 13, 2012

As anyone who knows me could tell you... I am a fan of "real" books and not this whole electronic book trend. The kobo mini finally changed my mind. I'm from Portland, (and obviously a Powell's books girl,) and I am a HUGE fan of supporting my local stores. I feel like this eReader finally allows me to do that. I'll never give up printed books, but the kobo mini could easily fit in my purse and come to work with me! (Most of the time my other books don't.) I got a chance to look at one in person and they are phenomenal. Compact. Clear. Easy to read. I look forward to owning one someday. Hopefully that day comes sooner rather than later.
