This book is INCREDIBLE for generating ideas on how to keep your class engaged. The activities are easily transferred to various topics and vocabulary. I only wish I could find more editions for my classes!
Julia knows just how to write recipes! This bread-maker's best friend has excellent descriptions of textures, ingredients, and techniques to make you a success in the kitchen. The breadth (no pun intended) covered in this resource is commendable!

This is an excellent resource for in-depth knowledge on bread-making. I have never found its equal. I will be sure to purchase other books by Peter Reinhart.
