I'm finding this book incredibly helpful. Ms. Marek is quite knowledgable, both from a medical and personal viewpoint. Since she has fibromyalgia herself, I find her very believable. She's heard a lot of the hooey out there that I have, and she efficiently cuts through it. Her information, tips and advice are extremely valuable, since her approach is well organized and to the point ? in fact, it's so good that it's helping me get past some residual denial about my own diagnosis, which is no longer in it's first year!

I'm finding this book incredibly helpful. Ms. Marek is quite knowledgable, both from a medical and personal viewpoint. Since she has fibromyalgia herself, I find her very believable. She's heard a lot of the hooey out there that I have, and she efficiently cuts through it.
