A Fighting Chance by Elizabeth Warren
A Fighting Chance

Lisa Parsons, April 21, 2014

I haven't read it yet but I just have to say that seeing one person in our our federal government championing the middle class is so empowering. I hear so many voices, but how many of them are championing everyday middle class people? Too often the debate gets stuck on right wing elite talking points of the money makers and job creators. On the left it is the poorest of our people and the marginalized. This is part of the debate, but who is championing the middle class who are working hard to support the elite, paying for the less fortunate, and make ends meet? Where is our upward mobility? Health care? Support for policy that maintains jobs in the U.S.A? I can't wait to read her book. Lets get to some core issues on the debate about where our country is, mobility, a healthy environment, and innovation.
