A wonderful book that has helped me get in touch with a spiritual side of me that has been shut off. This book is helping me clear my mind of negative images and is teaching me how to get closer to my spiritualness and to God. For me it is for daily reading and the daily exercises are helping me clear my mind and to learn to really see.
