I have struggled with meditation practice for years, never really "getting it." Easwaran provides a very practical, easy to use guide to the practice of meditation. He beautifully shares ways to be more present and alive in daily life. This is a terrific tool if you are new to meditation or if you've tried with not much success in the past.

Julia Glass' Three Junes is the best book I have read in the last five years. It is beautifully written such that the characters and their struggles and triumphs have lingered with me for years. It is the singular book I have recommended the most and it doesn't disappoint!
