Fork in the Road by Denis Hamill
Fork in the Road

Molly, December 18, 2006

I picked up this book simply because it was about an Irish girl and was I surprised! What a great read! Not like Hamill's other books, which are mysteries, it is a different type of romance with different types of characters. You can't keep from laughing out loud and, in some places, crying. But you can't put it down! My husband loved it, too, and I'm passing it around to my friends who can't believe the gripping story and wonderful writing.

Great kids' book! Lots of action, believable, dimensional characters, great twists. My kindergartners could not get enough of it.
