Body Movers: 2 Bodies for the Price of 1

Rachael, August 26, 2007

If you like romance, mystery and humor all in one book, then you are going to LOVE Body Movers 2! The men are sexy, the mystery is fun, and the story has some hilarious scenes. Stephanie Bond knows what her readers want and she definitely delivers it in this fantastic new installment in her mystery series. BODY MOVERS 2 concludes with another exciting cliff hanger to leave readers in suspense for the third book due out in 2008.

Fear No Evil by Allison Brennan
Fear No Evil

Rachael, May 24, 2007

FEAR NO EVIL was the most suspenseful, thrilling, bone chilling, serial killer mystery that I?ve ever read. Every last page of this book was perfection. Allison Brennan knows how to write like no other writer in the business. The villains are pure evil and so real that you will feel yourself looking over your shoulder. I became so absorbed in this story that I couldn?t think about anything else until I was done reading it. Look for the first two books in this trilogy, Speak No Evil and See No Evil.

Blind Submission: A Novel by Debra Ginsberg
Blind Submission: A Novel

Rachael, May 24, 2007

Blind Submission is a book that book lovers will adore! At first it did feel a bit like The Devil Wears Prada, but this book was so unique and entertaining that I forgot the comparrison rather quickly. The writing flows beautifully and there is never a dull moment. I loved reading the book within this book along with the main character Angel. I loved the title of the book and the book cover, and the premise hooked me within seconds of reading what it was about. Excellent book and I look foward to more by this wonderful author!

Count to Ten by Karen Rose
Count to Ten

Rachael, March 25, 2007

COUNT TO TEN is suspense at it’s finest. Only a master can write a gritty murder scene with blood and gore, and in the next chapter have a love scene! The murders were so horrifying that I was actually gasping in shock. If you want to read a thrilling mystery, COUNT TO TEN is the way to go.

The Facts Behind the Helsinki Roccamatios by Yann Martel
The Facts Behind the Helsinki Roccamatios

Rachael, January 14, 2007

A fantastic collection of creative short stories that make you think. The initial story, "The Facts Behind the Helsinki Roccamatios" is a definite page turner - you are heartless if you don't become emotionally attached to the two main characters and their struggle to deal with their situation. I read this entire collection of 4 short stories in one plane trip from Portland to Las Vegas and found myself wishing there were a 5th!
