I loved this book! Seriously. This book went so far beyond the average young adult novel and should be taken seriously as a work of fiction. The ending floored me and left me thinking. That's always the mark of a good read for me...

I've been reading all the hype about Sensa for months and remained very skeptical. I bought the book to see if I could figure out if there was any merit to Dr. Hirsch's theories on satiety and an individual's sense of smell. Surprise surprise it totally makes sense! I'm seriously considering giving the product a shot now too as I find that my constant snacking gets in the way of me maintaining a healthy body weight. But in the meantime, I am definitely going to try work in foods that Hirsch recommended to see if it makes an impact on my fullness.
