How to Say It by Rosalie Maggio

ReadingLots, January 8, 2012

2012 Puddly Awards entry. If you are too young to know what to say when a co-worker's relative dies at work, or if you are so old and so many people passaway around you, and forget to care...? This book is not only a good stepping stone for vocabulary, but even lists representive phrases that allow empathy, and a very good understanding what is happening in the hearts and minds of others. I'm sure it's all common sense, but words like, "magic of the holiday season," don't come to mind very often. :) Apologies, Cover Letters, Compaints, Get Well Letters, are all example chapters. Very good read. Better reference. I did use this about (4) times last year, and let a person borrow it.

Written to be included in the 2010 Powells.com Puddly Award. A country with a history of victory against all oppressive regimes, nations, and ideologies. Believers in human rights and democracy for all. That's everyone you dork! :P
