I used to think that the British selling Opium to China was one of the great crimes of history.
But this book shows that the processed food industry today is no less evil and their products are no less lethal.

Free trade and capitalism alone do not it seems produce moral behavior but quite the opposite.

The need for an educated public, legal constraints and government regulation has never been better argued.
