Everyone in my creative writing class has read it, so I've been meaning to pick it up for awhile. I just have to say that it lived up to my expectations. What a wonderful book!
Very beautiful! Shaw's photographs are exquisite, and you will find yourself picking it up again and again. Buy it if you like Audrey Hepburn, or just really good photography.
Read it. Then you'll find yourself picking up this book at every chance, re-reading and savoring each page as the words haunt your mind. It's one of those books.
Excellent compilation! Howl, along with Allen Ginsberg's other works, are a masterpiece worth reading again and again. I highly recommend this book to anyone interested in the Beats generation and their literary works.
