Thought-provoking dsytopian novel illustrating how history is written by the victors. What if Hitler had won WWII? What "facts" would people believe to be true? It's hard to say anything about the plot without giving away some of the many plot twists, but readers will not be disappointed.

The Hero's Guide to Saving Your Kingdom by Christopher Healy

This book is absolutely hilarious! I'm already counting down the days till the next book in the series come out. 4 princes with 4 princesses and a bonus little sister makes for a host of engaging characters with wildly diverse personalities. While this book offers a chance to finally get the know the individuals behind Prince Charming, that doesn't mean that the princesses aren't also a major presence in the book.

Quicksilver by Stephanie Spinner

A great introduction to Greek mythology for children and adults alike! The humor and personality leaps off the page and Spinner manages to include a wide variety of Greek myths without overwhelming the reader. The 12 Olympians are introduced, as well as the myth of Hades and Persephone, the Golden Apple, the Trojan War, Medusa, Argos, Perseus and Andromeda, and Odysseus and Calypso.
